TecWork Global Business Solutions, an Indore-headquartered technology company, is gradually emerging as a credible homegrown SaaS product firm in India. Anchored by a mission to build world-class, India-built software that strengthen safety and quality across industries, TecWork today powers the operations of leading enterprises and critical government infrastructure programmes across the country.

The problem that started it all

India's software market has long been dominated by imported enterprise solutions, expensive and often disconnected from local realities. TecWork’s founders recognised a glaring gap: no trusted, Made-in-India platform was addressing quality management, road safety, and field operations in an integrated way. That recognition became the founding premise of TecWork.

"India has the talent and ambition to build globally competitive software, and we set out to prove exactly that," says Chirag Panjwani, Managing Director of TecWork.

"Our goal has always been to create solutions that genuinely improve quality of life: safer roads, better products, more efficient businesses."

A portfolio built around safety, quality, and efficiency

TecWork's product suite comprises four purpose-built platforms. QualityPro QMS is a  cloud-based Quality Management System designed to streamline processes for businesses of all sizes—from small enterprises to large organisations.

It consolidates document control, audit management, risk assessment, complaint handling, training, and NC/CAPA workflows into one platform, replacing the fragmented tools most compliance teams rely on.

FleetPro is the company's AI and IoT-enabled fleet management solution, built to AIS140 GPS standards. It delivers real-time vehicle tracking, driver behavior monitoring, service scheduling, and scalability for fleets of any size.

NavigatorPro, its GPS-enabled field force management app, digitises operations for pharma MRs, sales teams, and service engineers, covering lead assignment, live location tracking, performance analytics, and paperless reporting.

HRPro simplifies workforce management with integrated attendance, payroll, leave, and employee lifecycle management

Trusted by leading organisations across India

TecWork's client roster reads like a who's who of Indian industry and public infrastructure. On the government side, the company serves the Andhra Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited (APSCSCL), PMGSY (Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana), NLC India Ltd., UP Sugar Federation, Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB), and multiple state rural road development agencies including those of Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Arunachal Pradesh, and Meghalaya. In the private sector, marquee names include Welspun, Dodla Dairy, and Aavin Dairy, among others.

With a pan-India footprint for FleetPro and a rapidly growing QMS customer base spanning manufacturing, food & beverage, logistics, dairy, water utilities, and road construction, TecWork's solutions today touch some of the most critical infrastructure in the country.

The technopreneur behind the vision

Chirag Panjwani, Managing Director at TecWork Global Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

At the helm is Chirag Panjwani, 32, Managing Director and the driving force behind TecWork's product strategy. A software engineer by training, Panjwani has built an organisation that punches well above its weight.

Under his leadership, TecWork has earned the Customers' Choice and Great User Experience awards from Software Suggest, reflecting the company's commitment to building products people genuinely enjoy using.

"The next five years are about going beyond India," Panjwani says. "QualityPro QMS is ready to compete on the global stage. Our vision is to be a trusted Indian software product company worldwide. Not just a vendor, but a genuine partner in quality and safety for businesses across industries."

Looking ahead: Global ambitions, Indian roots

TecWork's immediate roadmap includes the launch of its Gen Next ERP for discrete manufacturing, consolidating its enterprise product portfolio.

On the geographic front, the company is deepening its pan-India presence while making targeted inroads into global markets with QualityPro QMS. Aligned with the Make in India vision, TecWork is part of a new generation of Indian software companies building not just for home but for the world.
